The owners of Screen Tech/Spraye Tech have branched out to launch a separate operation in their Fairfield, NJ facility, specializing in sorting, culling and refurbishing defective or rejected packaging components. The new business, appropriately named Sort It Out, separates rejects from glass, plastic or any other type components. The process is carried out by hand, performed with a white light under a magnifying glass. Customers provide advance direction, advising Sort It Out as to just what defects to look for. The culling process may be necessary due to a defect the supplier has become aware of or a component that has been rejected by a customer. Then Sort It Out repacks the product and sends it on its way to the supplier or customer.
